Make Your Own Delicious Spiced Rum

Spice Blend for Spiced Rum (To be infused with your favourite white rum!)

"GUADELOUPE"
Discover the intense flavors of our island of Guadeloupe through those spices for rum.
A Spiced Rum simply to sip straight, like a true-blooded West-Indian! This will give you a perfect chance to taste all of the flavours that have been distilled
The authentic flavours are apparent after four weeks of steeping. We do recommend straining the rum and discarding the spices after three months.
Ours recipes contains everything required to infuse in rum (preferably white), which can then be used as a base upon which to create a cocktail (pina-colada, mojito), to flavor desserts (Baba au Rhum, fruit salads...) and for flambéing (bananas, prawns...).

Method: Add whole spices and 2 or 3  tbsp. of raw sugar to a 24 oz/70 cl bottle of white rum and allow to infuse from three weeks to three months.
 A wonderful gift idea!
